How do we do business?

Once your options have been chosen and submitted, we will process your request and a
representative will contact you for a personal consultation.  After obtaining the information we need to begin designing your company's website, you will be given the option to pay your account in full or in two separate installments.*

If you choose our installment plan, we will generate an itemized invoice which will be sent to the email address you provided with your submission.  Your initial invoice will be for 50% of the total cost of your design and development package.  Please note that any additional components such as hosting, domain registration, additional forms, and things of that nature are required to be paid at the same time your initial payment is submitted.

Once the work has been completed, we will upload your site to our server.  You will receive an email confirmation with a link for you to view and approve your product.  Once you have approved the site and are satisfied with the final product, you will receive a final invoice for the remaining balance.  

During the course of the design and development phase, you will be allowed as many
consultations as needed.  We pride ourselves on being able to create lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring that our customers can trust that we will go the extra mile to do everything it takes to make them happy!  We are excited to provide your business with the edge that a professional web site can supply at a price that allows any allotted budget to afford all the necessary extras!


*Account balances of $300.00 or less are not eligible for this installment plan. On balances totaling $300 or less, a deposit of 70% will be required up front with the remaining balance due at the time the site is uploaded.
